Booking Policies
Standard Medical Appointments
To ensure timely pickups and proper vehicle scheduling, especially for recurring medical visits such as dialysis appointments, we strongly recommend booking your ride by 12:00 PM on the business day before your scheduled appointment.
Hospital Discharges & Last-Minute Requests
For hospital discharges, urgent postoperative transportation, or last-minute scheduling changes, please contact us directly by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on vehicle availability at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, please observe the following guidelines:

Scheduled Rides: Cancellations should be communicated by 5:00 PM on the day before your scheduled ride to avoid a late-notice base fee.

Same-Day Bookings: For rides scheduled on the same day, cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.

Late Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the driver has already traveled more than halfway to the pickup location or has arrived at the pickup location.
